Warranty, Refund, Cancellation and Guarantee Policy

REFUND POLICY:  We believe customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. To prove this we are offering a no questions asked refund within the first 5 days of receiving the item.  The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping and a 15% restocking fee.  To receive a refund you must contact us by email within the 5 day window. 

WARRANTY POLICY:  Every item purchased on this site is brand new.  Every item carries a warranty that is either a 1 year or 2 year warranty.  Read the description to see what warranty each item carries.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped.  You must email us to find out if they have been shipped or not and to alert us of your desire to canecl your order.
